As the visionary leader, Ray C. Freeman III<\/strong> directs all projects and teams in order to establish company processes and protocols, and to ensure compliance with the company\u2019s vision and standards. As both a designer and developer himself, Freeman\u2019s style is to maintain a working knowledge of all company processes to lead from an educated perspective. He has been personally involved in the execution of nearly all prototypes, models, and projects that the company has completed to date.<\/p>\n

In his role as Senior Art Director, Mihalyo<\/strong> draws upon his experiences as an artist, an interface designer, and a producer to set the gold standard for other experienced artist and modelers, many of whom were brought on board for the CoCA book project, as well as Seattle\u2019s ample supply of free-lance modelers. Numerous local schools, including Pratt, Cornish, Digi Pen, and Lake Washington Institute of Technology provide classes on 3D modeling and design, creating a pool of potential student interns.<\/p>\n

Shagam<\/strong> advises our team of software developers and innovators, as required, in selecting the appropriate technologies to implement the project requirements, creating new capabilities and tools as they do so. As with modelers, Seattle\u2019s educational institution provide a good resource for bringing on interns and other hires.<\/p>\n\n\n
